Printful is an American Based company, but due to how Covid-19 it is effecting their main city of production, due to quarantine in effect.
They also have fulfillment centers outside of the USA, in Mexico and Over in the UK. Orders will be diverted to those locations and filled there since their location in California needs to be halted temporarily. They understand the importance of keeping an online business up and running. They also know there are somethings that need to be done within a physical location.
As of now, there does not seem to be a lag in their fulfillment time, but it is hard to say how things will keep going.
Remember, YES there are some cities who are shut down and in lock down, but there are also MANY cities that are not.
So do not give up on the online part of your business. Prinful and other drop-shipping centers are still trying to do their best in providing products and fulfilling orders to keep your business up and running.
These are the kind of times that create businesses who rise above, because they make a way to keep on going.
